- Designed program to upgrade spectroscopy station from Lithium-drifted Silicon (Si(Li)) detectors to High Purity Germanium (HPGe) detectors
- Upgraded liquid nitrogen delivery system and controls for HPGe detectors
- Tested HPGe detector using IEEE-325 1996 standards
- Acted as mentor to graduate students studying detectors and spectroscopy
- Participated in several high-precision mass measurement experiments
